The Fundamental Entity of the Universe

The fundamental entity of the universe is the surface, from which all natural, physical and supernatural phenomena arise. The surface is fundamental form, and as such, it has no constituent parts, and thus cannot be assembled, fabricated or created. It is as well without essence, and thus cannot be defined in terms of substance or stuff. It is pure form, and thus cannot be defined further. Temporally speaking, a surface is eternal. Spatially, it is as well infinite; extending infinitely along two of its dimensions, and along the remaining dimension, it is infinitely thin. Though its area is infinitely great, its volume is zero. Not having any volume, it has no structure, and thus it cannot be destroyed. Since it has no structure, it cannot be rigid, nor for that matter, plastic or elastic. Nevertheless, though not plastic or elastic, it is flexible and may undergo bending, or be found at rest, a theoretically unique condition. Since the bending of a surface gives rise to the dynamic nature of reality; its changing curvature proportional to system energy, the condition of rest is pragmatically unique as well. It is for these reasons a surface is thought to be continually undergoing changing curvature. Since a surface is infinite along two dimensions and structureless, it is a continuum, and as such can serve as the seat of other continuums, such as awareness. There are no other continuums which may serve as such, inclusive of both time and space, each being subjective concoctions essential to biological reasoning, and therefor unessential; except as the principle foundations to phenomenal studies, such as elementary physics. A surface exist because it is so simple, thus having the highest order in the chance of existence, and for this reason, as an existence as form, a surface cannot be precluded by other forms, inclusive of points, which are forms unto themselves in parity to the surface. If one surface exists, so can many, and each as existence can never not exist. A field consisting of these surfaces is as well infinite in all directions, since the surfaces comprising this field are each infinite. As are these surfaces, the field is eternal. It is this field then which precludes all phenomena as we know, inclusive of supernatural deities and human awareness. A surface is precluded only by Being, where without, nothing exists, not even Form.
