LETTERS
AND COMMUNIQUÉS
TO SIR RICHARD
BRANSON
Complaint
to Government of Hawaii Concerning Time-Warner Oceanic Cable Company
My wife is recovering from
a brain injury; far too difficult for current medical treatment.
I decided to contact space travelers with beacon lights, believing their
knowledge and medical technology sufficient in repairing her, and thus
moved to the dark island of
Molokai
in the Hawaiian archipelago. After some time, I came to realize that
my beacon power was far too weak (only one million candles white light
plus ) and my finances insufficient to do more. I was unable to convince
the local residents to do the same, even though among them there are many
sick.
It tears my heart out to
see my beautiful love lying in bed, unable to move or speak We were
playing tennis together almost thirteen years ago when it happen...
I know that Mr. Branson
has islands and great wealth, and a profound interest in space flight,
and thus my interest in contacting him in the hope that he could relocate
us to one of his islands and finance a huge beacon assembly there where
the alien hospital ship could land and take care of my wife.
In return, I would devote
time and expertise in assisting his development team building an inverted
gravity chamber as an alternative to the current technology of rocketry.
This however would most mute, in consideration, that in coming, the aliens
would most likely provide him superior expertise in this same regard.
Sincerely,
Joel Webb

My wife is recovering from
a brain injury; far too difficult for current medicine. Her
name is Buc. This happened to her late 1996 while we were playing
tennis. At the time she was in perfect health. Now, though
she is slowly improving, she is still unable to move her arms or legs or
speak. The injury, an aneurysm spared her cerebrum, so her cognitive
mental capacity is intact. As one of her nurses said, she is not
so much incapacitated, but rather, cut off.
We lived in California
at the time, but moved to Molokai island in Hawaii. During this time,
the treatment she really needed, stem cell implantation, was disallowed
by the Federal Government.
In my thinking, Hawaii
would be the perfect central location, in order to move her to any Pacific
Rim nation supporting stem cell research, as well as Nordic nations.
But globally, there have been no breakthroughs, so we feel we might be
coming to our dead end.
I am 71 right now, and
if I were to die, her remaining life would be dreadful without me;
my major concern.
My life has been harsh.
We are on a combined fixed income, which though hardly enough to make ends
meet, is sufficient in disqualify us from public aid, such as food stamps,
chucks, diapers, nurses and her food in cans delivered by G-tube directly
into her stomach. She is unable to eat.
Several months back, she
finally qualified for nursing assistance for six hours a day.
I work the remaining eighteen
hours; with my sleep interrupted at twelve midnight, four AM and
seven in the morning, with no let up, and I am exhausted.
Last week, the County plumbing
inspector flagged me with a notice to bring my plumbing up to code.
On an island with one certified plumber, the plumber can ask anything he
wants. As of yesterday, I now owe him $3,800.
My wife was sent a bill
for $1,400 for food supplies from a private company contracted by the State
to ship food to my wife, all of which was supposed to be covered by the
State's social program. It is uncertain if I will have to pay another
month for all her supplies, which always cost $500. Do you think
there is anyway Mr. Branson can help? We are both still in good spirits,
though living in despair.
Sincerely in confidence,
Joel Webb

The first photo is of Buc in 1997, a more recent photo her and our home in Kaunakakai.
I have expunged your e-mail handle
from my CPU.
Twelve years ago my wife
had part of her brain sucked out during surgery, disconnecting connections
to her muscles, leaving her today unable to speak or move.
Four years later, in late
2000, I learned about the presence of alien space ships and decided to
move to a remote island to contact them, in the event they can repair the
damage.
I now nightly operate a
small signal beacon in the attempt to contact them, but feel it is of insufficient
power to achieve this in a timely manner for my wife, thus my reason for
contacting you, knowing that you own several small islands where you might
allow us to do this, and perhaps even help fund a much more powerful array
of lights in order to expedite the matter.
If you could do this for
us, I own some property on the island where we live, which I would give
to you in return.
Sincerely in confidence,
Joel and Buc Webb

Dear Ms. Clarke:
Somehow our communications
seem to have broken down. E-mail has never been that consistent for
me. I also feel that it lacks privacy and that it can be intercepted
and read by others. I've sent this letter certified so that I will
know if it arrives at its destination, not to deter you from assigning
it to the circular file.
You originally fielded
my e-mail seeking assistance from Sir Richard Branson which I had sent
to Necker Island. You also replied, but I know that Sir Richard Branson
at the time had flooding problems at his home in Kidlington, so I decided
not to bother you anymore.
Two years ago, I also sent
a letter to Ms. Eva Morales at the Green Fund (hence the utilization of
this address) about clean energy. She replied (26 October 2007) that
they (Virgin) would hold my letter for reference. These two letters
are perfectly unrelated, though their connection might give you oversight
to who I am, along with my personal web page at http://www.zyx2.org, which
I hope you might ask Sir Richard Branson to visit.
This letter is in regard
to curing my wife who was struck down by God. I realize that in stating
this, with Sir Richard Branson being an atheist, it might do me no good
asking for his help, but I greatly hope otherwise.
Her injury is a brain aneurysm
turned into a subarachnoid hemorrhage. This is all completely covered
in my web site, or you can go to Google and type in Buc's case in your
search. Also, her photograph is available on Google.
It is in her regard, I
would like the aliens to set up a treatment intake facility on Necker Island
for her, and of course others. I've picked Necker Island because
of its location; warm nights being helpful to my knees when I am
attending her medical needs throughout the night; for what I propose
might take several years before help comes along. Also, Necker Island
appears to be small, isolated and secure, along with the possible reality
that aliens might only consort with those citizens belonging to a comparable
peace loving nation like Britain, which is hardly I and my wife's situation
living in the US; a clear disadvantage to her. Lastly, I can't
think of anyone else who might help, especially in consideration of members
of my own family who think that "she should just die."
We currently live on a
small island in Hawaii, but our Christian neighbors have not taken well
to us in our trying to beckon alien space travelers to land across the
street from our home; with beacon lights going off and on all night
long. It is quite sad that two of my wife's nurse's children are
concerned about being eaten by aliens. Actually, one of them is not
so much concerned about that, but that they might be ugly. Though
I have asked for local help, most believe that they should not believe
in aliens, and that it is Jesus' job to cure the sick.
What I would like, is for
Sir Richard Branson to assist, in the installation a powerful signal beacon
to attract alien vessels. The cost of this beacon might reach
$100,000.
Right now, I am operating
at a measly 1,000,000 candles at less than $800 budget. Currently
my electric utility costs are zero since I am operating off-grid solar.
I'm thinking a beacon 50X
stronger should do the job, plus an infrared setup and krypton green lasers.
Hopefully there is not too much air traffic around Necker, because the
krypton green are exceptionally powerful and must be carefully operated
under such conditions.
If successful, the aliens
may alight at a designated site on the island where they may be allowed
to operate their hospital ship. I have all the confidence in the
world, if we reach this juncture (and even if we don't), they have the
capability to cure her.
Of course the benefits
to all will be wonderful. To Sir Richard Branson, I am sure that
they will clear out the dangerous debris orbits for his safe ascent in
his upcoming orbital flights he is planning.
Perhaps they might consider
giving him access of their gravitational propulsion systems and advanced
radar systems so that he may readily avoid debris himself. I see
no reason why not if we all demonstrate a sensible and peace loving disposition.
Sincerely in confidence,
Joel Webb

Dear Ms. Morales:
Do you think that you might
be able to forward this to Ms. Helen Clarke. Ms. Clark was in the
Virgin Islands, when an e-mail I sent to Sir Richard Branson was fielded
by her. I am not sure if she was on Necker Island at the time.
It is in regard to my crippled

Sir Richard Branson may
wish to determine my credibility. Please go to http://www.zyx2.org.

STATEMENT OF COMPLAINT
Last
March 2009 seven lizards destroyed my TV's analog circuit. My television
is digital ready. At the time, the Oceanic Field Service Technician
was unable to complete the digital connection to Oceanic's existing cable
line in my living room, even though I was paying for both analog and digital
transmission. This was my agreement with Oceanic as reflected by
their invoices to me, and their service card.
My last
statement balance for this time was current and paid. It was for
Standard Service for $35.95, and included 122 channels, 51 being digital,
which I was no longer getting.
At this
time the Field Service Technician chose not to honor Oceanic's agreed service,
and I was left without any useful transmission, which I have been paying
for ever since.
After
numerous attempts to resolve the matter, and continuing to pay for programming
I could not see, I decided there was little I could do.
I continued keeping my
account to date and paid as late as June. At that time I decided
to go paper less because I felt my communication chances with Oceanic would
improve via e-mail, however instead, they broke down. No one from
Oceanic resolved the transmission failure for several months, and in late
August I e-mailed them that I no longer wanted to pay them for services
not received. Then in September they began demanding payment with
the threat of damaging my credit.
Only
a week later, on October 8th they finally fixed the problem with the installation
of their converter box and promptly disconnected everything the following
day, demanding that I pay them $490.88 before further restoration of service.
RECOMMENDATIONS
I have
lived without Oceanic, finding broadcast digital reception better through
my rabbit ears via a $35 converter box than their equivalent channels,
such as ABC Network, and I believe that I could live without Oceanic Time
Warner Cable that much longer.
I believe
that the appropriate choice of action for you is to permanently revoke
their cable franchise permit island wide.
