(ANNOUNCEMENT)

    The current status quo of nations of planet Earth, is unsatisfactory.  With the United States of America leading the pack as one of the several infamous warlike nations, along with Great Britain, and, technologically the most advanced and the most powerful, there are future considerations concerning our relationship with you.  This, along with the global crisis for the potential of massive radiation wars, we have decided to intervene.
      My name is Heidi.  I am a citizen of this part of the Universe, and I belong to
a federation of all citizens.    I have been authorized by the Federation to make this specific announcement.
    In the future, I will not be authorized to represent the Federation regarding diplomatic operations, but you may contact me or any of my associates at this handle any time:


    Our present Earth extraction location, based on your Greenwich standard is 156o 59' 809" W and 21o 05' 116" N.    This is on the Island of Molokai in the Hawaiian Islands Archipelago.  This is Mrs. Webb's exact extraction location and the location of the beacon marking her home.  It is also our official publicized location, though seldom used as such.
    This beacon is turned on nightly from dusk 'til dawn.  It is aimed due east at 40o right ascension above the horizon at that location.
    This beacon has a beam spread of one mil, which translates to 5 feet diameter at one mile elevation, as example.
    Most of the Federation members are of female class anatomy corresponding to mammalian class upright standing and walking creatures.  Nearly all are of carbon chemistry, the same as Earth's creatures.
    Normally and quite commonly, we appear as this.  In this illustration, we are shown overdressed, for the record.
    We breathe air with oxygen, and would love to join you on your planet in the future.
    Most of us take pride in our education, having the equivalent to a bachelor of science degree, though all our cultural knowledge is computer base.  All of us are excellent in mathematics through three dimensional integrals.
    None of us are physicians;  all surgery and medicine being primarily performed by micro machines implanted in patients;  all of which are governed and controlled by a computer based environment.  No, we don't leave these machines in the patients after surgery!  They all extract themselves from the patient's body on command;  some being lost to the body's absorption processes.
    Nearly all micro machines are base upon your arachnid type (spiders) life forms, mostly because of their exceptional dexterity.  Of course, this has been going on long before the formation of your Milky Way galaxy and planet Earth.
    Like all physical creatures, we do not normally wear clothing, other than for adornment and inclement weather, and work related exceptions.
   In continuation of this formal announcement, let me say, that depending upon possible changes by you, such as standing down from a warlike posture, we will resume our ownership and rule of the Hawaiian Islands, at first beginning with the island of Molokai;  with the deployment of twenty patrol cruisers around and above the island.
    No strict schedule concerning this has been established, but it should occur within the next two years.  Land owners and locals should know about this, in the event they might wish to relocate.
    Everyone should know that upon this intervention, all local, State and National laws will be permanently suspended, making room for our Federation policy:  that all laws are forbidden.  We find it superior to educate ourselves in the practice of good citizenship, without the threat or intimidation of legal doctrine.  This same is true of all religious doctrine,  inclusive of the manner of public worship and dress.
    Our expectation concerning your cooperation in these matters is quite high, reminding you of our exclusive and eternal ownership of this precise region of the Cosmos.   Please be aware that all of you are recent visitors to this location, ourselves having occupied these islands since their formation tens of millions of years ago.
    Also note that this region of the Cosmos has always been inside a fixed volumetric region of the Cosmos belonging to and occupied by our ancestors eternally, inclusive as well, of our ancestral gods.  In order to enable your understanding of this better, go HERE.
    Many of you, presumably scholars and intellectuals alike, not to mention your politicians and statesmen, might find this all quite laughable;  presumably from their perspective, it seemingly being radically silly and insupportable.
    This document is however completely supportable in one area.  It is also unique in that area, in that it is not taught on planet Earth, in itself, an omission of knowledge by earthlings, concerning an old and comprehensive branch of geometry we call Dynamic Geometry.
    Dynamic Geometry concerns itself with points able to undergo motion.
    Directly associated with this knowledge, clearly new to you, are two long accepted hypothesii concerning astrophysics and physics.  In and by itself, this is not enough to gain our credibility with you, something which we again tried in the Show Me state of Missouri, without any avail.  This incident, occurring in the year 2000, which some of us had been involved, is thoroughly presented HERE.
    It is because of your inability to reflect upon facts and action, a form of cultural detachment from reality, we have decided, under Federation directive, to begin to take preemptive interventive action to prevent you from destroying our Blue Planet, the same planet that you call Earth and your home.
    During our study of your situation, not altogether unusual in the Cosmos, we have determined that your principal god has obstructed harmonious enculteration of us both, to the extent that he has dreadfully intervened in both a cruel and unjust manner.  We have also determined that this god has deliberately lied to all those who might follow him or worship him, on your planet, in particular, a planet we deem not just to be our own, but one of exceptional and special value to us.  Your complete understanding and cooperation in this matter will avert the use of greater force and persuasion.
    We of course regret to make this announcement, but considering your abject  shortcomings, no other course of action remains for us, other than to maintain this web site (URL) and to attempt to teach you things you do not know, or perhaps care little about;  the latter we are assuming to be your actual case, which is a shame for all concerned.  In time, you might recognize the validity and credibility of what you read and learn here.
