    Hi!  My name is Devon.  I am Laleet's friend and also citizen of this part of the Universe, and I belong to a federation of all citizens.
    One of the most important concepts to any society, is the notion of time.  Now as you might know, concepts are generally wrong, whereas constructs are generally right.  This is important for me to stress to you, because, despite being the cornerstone of your physics, along with space and momentum, time does not exist at the fundamental level.
    Specifically, inertial time occurs as a intermittent process exclusively in conjunction to clusters, such as a cluster of surfaces making up what might be perceived as a mass object in its behavior.  Without the presence of these clusters, which do not generally occur frequently in any finite volumetric region of the field, time would not exist within this finite volumetric region of the field.
    Conversely, since the behavior of surfaces is not subject to any sort of delay, they not having any mass, they would demonstrate instantaneous behavior within the same finite volumetric region.  In this sense, if one wishes to ascribe to some notion of time, time would not be so much a flowing continuum, as often imagined in error, but rather an instantaneous moment, sans past and future, ostensibly.  The startling and direct implication here is, that time is everywhere simultaneous.  Only, through the occurrence of inertial time, does such simultaneity not hold true.
    Many inertial creatures, such as you and I, possess a sense of time, whereas this same sense is not innately common to gods and to a great variety and range of spiritual creatures, such as angels and demons.
    In a sense, it is like stereoscopy.  Without two eyes, you cannot see three D.  Without waking up in the morning, time is without meaning.
    Though neither gods, demons nor angels are required to do these things, we are;  they being essential to our mortal survival.  This time is called subjective time, and it is a bit more real and complicated than one might expect.  Let me give you an example.
    Say that you are riding a bicycle along a neighborhood street.  While you are absorbing the passing view of homes, gardens and walkways, you are also traveling along the street from one end of the block to the other, your feet slowly pedaling in a rhythmic style.  Within the context of this one example, three things are happening.  You are of course moving from one end of the block to the other, you are observing and imagining at the same time, and you are engaged in inertial work, pedaling.
    Within this example, there are several time space constants, such as the length of the block and your speed, assuredly producing a consistent transit time:  the duration it takes you to travel the length of a block.
    As your awareness segues from sensory observation to an imagined state and then back again as you arrive at the next intersection, it is often the case that the imagined sequence engaged with your awareness is temporally non-synchronous with the sensory scenario, and often, greatly so.
    What I am saying is for example, that though the imagine sequence might require several hours to execute, is the dream-state time rate both correct and slower than the sensory scenario of riding your bike along the block, or is the sensory scenario time rate both correct and faster than the other?
    Making this even more difficult, what does slower mean?
    In inertial time subjected to what your scientists refer to as relativity, variation in speed indirectly, yet conversely affects time, or so it is thought.  For example, subjects traveling at very high speeds, those approaching the speed of light (c) will experience a severe time slow down;  their aging processes virtually halted.  In this case, is time speeding up or slowing down?
    From the standpoint of awareness, it would seem that time is speeding up.  But, in the example riding the bicycle, it would seem that time is slowing down, since traveling the length of the block would consume a greater sequence of events, about which you are imagining while riding.
    Another way to look at it is (1) to imagine leaving your friends on earth for a fast space ride, and (2), leaving your bicycle for an equivalent excursion into the world of a dream state, whereupon your return, in example (1), everything has changed dramatically (perhaps some friends having aged and deceased), and in example (2), you have only spent time traveling one city block.
    Would you then say accordingly, that in both cases, time for you has slowed down?
    Given similar circumstances, meditating for example, hours can pass without hardly of a ripple of thought occurring;  as though time stood still.
    This suggests that time can speed up, rather slow down, as our minds engage in dream states.
    In establishing this rule, the rate of mental activity as measured by the number of events occurring in a defined sequence;  this number being as detailed as desired, is said to vary directly to time.  In other words, the more you experience, the faster the time.
    Thus in meditating beside a garden's fountain, and nothing passes you mind, and upon emergence from you trance, the sun's shadows have moved into the afternoon, did not you stand still and time race?
    In this same accord, if in traveling down a highway in a car and if more things pass by you by your high rate of speed, then time would be going slower!  This is in contradiction to what I told you in blue.  It also stands in contradiction to inertial time as I told you in green.
    Under these circumstances, where time has not been proven to be real at all and where there appears a conflict, it is sometimes better to establish a conceptual rule.
    Then, as an awareness, I would say that the rate of all subjective sequences is inversely proportional to the rate of time, but how can this be applied?
    In riding the bicycle, would not my pedaling be a subjective sequence, actually a cycle?  Would not my thoughts and imagination of other things also be subjective, and would they not necessarily deviate and not remain in syncopation or synchronization in reference to my pedaling?  The answer is of course yes, leaving us the impression that the rate of time can not be adequately defined, other than saying it follows the ticking of a clock, the turning of your Earth for your twenty-four hours or the orbit of any other planet around someone else's sun for their year, or the orbit of an electron around a cesium atom.
    Such as the case, time is not all fundamental, but dependent in part upon natural cycles, inertial or otherwise.
    In the ancient studies of Dynamic Geometry, students learned long ago, that time cannot be reversed.  This is principally true because the interactive behavior of fundamental forms is a matter of probability, rather than cause and effect, prohibiting the reversal of any sequence of interchange.  Thus the myriad events supporting the presence of a atom in the field cannot be perfectly reversed;  each backward step being a matter of chance as is each forward step.
    A complete and comprehensive understanding of time and space, whereas in some schools of thought, they are considered absolute and fundamental and others only useful, can eventually be achieved in this presentation.
    One thing to know is that virtually every ascendant culture undergoes uncertain development in science principles;  the earliest step a doctrine of fixed and subjective time and space.  This is almost unavoidable;  representing a rather primitive starting point without the application of more sophisticated scientific methods embracing observation and measurement.  But this latter phase has its own drawbacks:  the unavoidable avoidance and consequent omission of spiritual and non-phenominal behavior, resulting in an incomplete doctrine.
    Almost without exception, specialized mathematical principles concerning manifolds of n^th degree comprising exclusively spatial and temporal variables are adopted, principally in the explanation of the universal effect of stellar aberration, inevitably discovered by the most dedicated and perspicuous astronomers at the time.
    Historically speaking, in almost every case, stellar aberration is usually discovered by accident and always a mystery, much like universal inertia.
    Much of the problem lies in the advent of this study, usually preceding the precision optics necessary to detect variations in only a few seconds of arc, which in the case of the Earth's speed of 2.98 x 10⁴ meters per second around its sun, causes an aberration of only 20.48934" of arc.
    Another problem is the lack of cultural wide communication, which also caused a slowdown in other area of mankind's development, A History of Zero being an excellent example of such.
    Equally deterred in many societies throughout the Cosmos is the philosophical evaluation of "space".
Space as imagined by those who study high energy physics, as especially on Earth, particularly at a facility called CERN in the Swiss Alps on Earth today, are wasting time, energy and money in the application of space as it applies to the interstitial space assumed to be between particles.
    This mythology came out of Natural Science during the time of a fairly well known man from ancient Persia on Earth, though I believe that he might have been from Greece.  His name is Democritus, and he studied high energy physics, or at least its precursor, in principle.
    It is not so much that he made a discovery in science, but rather instead, selected a concept concerning interstitial particles, he referred to as atomoi, because they were most useful, at this time, for his gedanken.  A gedanken (Deu.) is a mind experiment, not so much about the mind, like the Greek study division known as Epistemology, but rather an application of study utilizing the mind's powers, particularly in three dimensional modeling.
    Democritus supposed that a drop of water might be subdivided into smaller and smaller drops so small, they could no longer be divided, thus being the smallest extant form of water possible.  He called these atomoi, which means unsplittable.
    In conversation, it was always assumed that atomoi were really something, and that the space between them, interstitial space, was nothing.
    Fellow theoreticians at the time insisted though, that if the space allegedly between atomoi was not real, then how could it be there at all?
    Under rules of strict logic, if it were true that space is not real and not there, the atomoi could not be separate, but must be touching, which blows the whole popsicle stand!
    In my schooling, and for as long as I know, and among all nations of the Cosmos, strict rules of logic preclude all else in these matters of theoretical judgment, hence space is an oxymoron when it comes to particle theory.
    This juncture is quite common in the intellectual evolution of cultures everywhere:  to assume the presence of an invisible space as a counterpart to existence.
    In stems no doubt to the nature of the air we breathe:  invisible and seemingly undetectable except for its motion as a gentle breeze in the least, and of course, when we blow it.
    Combining this with dreaming, and a whole potpourri of non real, or at least, non-physical things appear within semantic framework.
    It of course leads to all sorts of errant concepts, such as a god creator or real and unreal, existence and non-existence and oblivion.
    Recently, within the last five decades on earth, a young theoretician named Joel Webb, who we all greatly admire, both the evolutionaries and the fabricatives as well, single handily discovered a whole new T.O.E (Theory of Everything), which we already knew about, being that it is completely presented to us by our computers.
    What struck us, especially the fabricatives, was that someone seemingly unqualified in these high matters of theoretical invention, might come to make this discovery alone, without hardly any cultural help and recognition.
    What I am saying is, that a carbon form, with modest education and little social support should not be able to discover for himself for the first time on an isolated planet, Earth, these things, matching all that we have known for eternity.  It is particularly curious to the fabricatives, not only because they feel they are erudite to carbon form evolutionaries, or so they think, but because they just can't do the same thing themselves.
    For myself being a mix between evolutionaries and fabricatives (having some plastic surgery done to me, so-to-speak), I find it equally amazing, as well as disturbing!
    What is disturbing to me is that the people of Earth do not see his accomplishments, yet the god of Earth has cast him down by paralyzing his wife Buc, finding Joel a threat to his reign.
    This is true, because Joel can prove that the Universe cannot be created since the intrinsic and absolute quality of its fundamental elements can neither be created nor destroyed themselves, for how else then and why else would one claim that the infinite and eternal Universe, which is precluded exclusively by them, might somehow otherwise require the act of creation.
    Stewing within its own fear and ensnared by its own lies, this god acted against this one man, to prevent his further study and pronouncements to enlighten us all.
    Now it seems, that it has become a cruel contest, with Buc caught in the middle.  She cannot move, she cannot speak.  It has been like this for a long time, and how much longer it will go on, I do not know.
    The god that did this is a god of war, and is unable to reverse the damage he has caused to her.  We, as a people, can repair this damage to her, but seem unwilling to act;  the fabricatives arguing the benefit in doing so, yet the danger in confronting this war god.

     The evolutionaries , like myself, seem more conducive to receive her aboard their hospital vessel in order to provide immediate aid and respite for her.
    Without direct examination of the patient (Buc), we anticipate a four year repair job using micro machines should be enough.
    We have performed considerable karmic scanning of both Buc and Joel in determining their health, respectively, thus setting this two year deadline to take over the island.
    This means that by 2016, Buc should be liberated from her chrysalis state.
    In return for our services, Joel is going to let us have his complete library on his brilliant work, dating back more than one half a century.  This includes hand written originals and illustrations like this one, below.

    I must remind you of his prodigious and unique effort explaining the fundamental nature of the Cosmos, bringing your attention to another rather simple and important illustration showing examples of permitted states of two points in a finite volumetric region.
    In this illustration, points shown as solid blue dots may either be fully coincident or completely separate;  an in between grazing condition not permitted.
    This exact illustration is part and parcel to our educational system.  It is found in our books and computers, and it is discussed in the classroom.  But, on Earth, among humans, it remains unknown!
    Earth, is of course home to an ascendant species, who have not learned these things because of their own pedagogical restrictions. and survival needs.
    It is not that they are not necessarily warlike, but rather simply capable of killing for flesh.  My people are much the same way.  I love the flavor and texture of meat, but it is not necessary for me to kill, my food being perfectly synthesized by computers, with the aid of our incredibly advanced technology.
    It is because of these technological advancements, we no longer fight each other, nor compete for food.
    As consequence, we no longer have great armies and empires, as still do earthlings.  And, as a consequence of that, we no longer attempt to impress each other with a greater and yet greater god, nor call upon such a god to vanquish our enemies.  As final consequence, we no longer worship a god of war, as do earthlings.
    Nor do we worship a god who deceives and who lies, claiming such magnificent power as to have created the whole Universe, we all know to be an impossible task, and a useless task, since the Universe in its raw form of Being is already, and has been forever and forever!
    The Universe needs no god of any sort, to make it so.  Humans should learn that, and quickly, before they annihilate themselves in the otherwise impending and inevitable radiation wars!
    With the state of affairs in so many places on Earth, you would think humans to be more sensitive to their plight, but how could they be if they lack sensitivity to each other, their own brothers and sisters?
    As I have mentioned, among you is a great man.  What will it take for you to recognize this?  Can you not see what he has contributed before it is too late, not just for him, his wife, but for you too?
