It was hoped that greater improvement might have occurred in Buc's condition, and though we have maintained the integrity of her health, she cannot remain like this forever.
    For the gift I have given mankind, I hoped that help might come, that the Swedish doctors might work on her, and that I might have won the Nobel Prize.
    It seems though, that everything has gone the wrong way, as the most powerful of our nations have succumbed to war, leaving her last option precarious, for if we do not lay down our arms, the extraterrestrials will not land, and she will die as she is.

    It seems though that the Kings and Queens are not ready to turn out their armies any more than the wealthy will give up their gold, nor leaders their power...
    And I assume that what you read, makes little import to you...
    Thus I must act alone to save my beloved...though I could greatly use your help.
    Our new home is in an isolated area I believe acceptable to reconnoitering.  Small vessels could come and go at will.  My wife's repair might require a facility, a small team of doctors or a single medical droid.  This I do not know.  I do not know if they can come and stay and fix her, or if she needs to be extracted.  I do not know how long it will take.  I am sure that whatever the case, I will need to be at her side.  I am also injured from many years of caring for her and will need repair, as will her sentry dog who is becoming old.  Her nurse of five years is not coming with us, but returning to her companions in California.  What I have just described, is my wife's principal option.
    I seek your help in these areas:

  • To provide me with a powerful line of sight laser communication device capable of transmitting and receiving at lunar distances or better.  It should be equipped with voice modulated and demodulation.  It should also be equipped with a CD player and burner for your messages you wish to relay to extraterrestrials.  It should also be equipped with visual communication.
  • A network of friends and associates providing an internet downlink from myself and ETs, as well as an e-mail center we can all contact virus free.
  • A team to man my home site in the event we leave earth.
  • A publicity team and government liaison team.

    •     The purpose of these latter teams is to disseminate information concerning the presence and relations with ETs, essential to their final encounter with us, initially dispelling the negative image we have of ETs.
        Currently we are working against ourselves in this area by perceiving aliens as a threat to mankind or their encounter a furtive attempt to take us over, or that their are really no space travelers other than ourselves and the UFO sightings can be explained away.
        These teams will have to approach governments openly, providing initial demonstration via direct, open and continuous communication and to popularize this to the people everywhere.  They will have the daunting task of getting major industrial nations to eliminate aerial weapons systems, being that these system are dangerous to the aliens, particularly in light of the fact that we are actively engage in their use as it stands now.  If this is not achieved, the aliens will not land, at least not in any specific nation unwilling or unable to provide for their safety.
